These Terms of Use govern access to BuildCurio, operated by BuildCurio, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Please read these terms before using the website.
1. The service
BuildCurio curates links to AI tools, articles, books, videos, podcasts, communities and related resources. Listings are provided for information. You are responsible for evaluating a resource before relying on it.
2. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or submit material that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
3. Content and ownership
The BuildCurio name, branding and website materials are owned by or licensed to BuildCurio, Inc. Third-party names, trademarks and linked materials belong to their respective owners. Inclusion in the directory does not transfer rights to those materials or imply endorsement by their owners. Permission to reuse material must come from the relevant rights holder.
4. Submitted resources
Only submit information you are entitled to share. A submission does not guarantee publication. We may review, decline or remove submissions. Resource submission is available through email. The resource form also provides an email contact option. Newsletter inquiries are handled by email and do not create an automatic subscription.
5. Third-party services
Links may take you to websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies. BuildCurio does not control their content, availability, security or practices. Review those policies before sharing information or purchasing a product.
6. Sponsorship and payments
Sponsorship information is subject to the offer and order terms presented for a particular placement. Sponsorship is discussed by email. This website cannot accept payment or confirm a reservation. Displayed prices must be confirmed by email. No payment, recurring subscription, cancellation policy or refund arrangement is created by viewing a pricing card or opening an email inquiry. Any future purchase must disclose its applicable payment, cancellation and refund terms before an order is placed.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the directory useful, but resources may change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability or continued availability of third-party resources. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Delaware law and disputes
These terms and disputes arising from use of BuildCurio are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without applying its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to applicable mandatory law, the state courts located in Delaware and the federal courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction over such disputes, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction. This provision does not remove any non-waivable consumer protection or right to bring proceedings in another court that applicable law grants you.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms when the service changes and will revise the date above. Material changes will be identified where required by applicable law.
